A different approach isn’t just about the way we think. It’s about an entirely new way of interacting with life. Instead of focusing on our situations and tragedies, we view them as life events. Every life faces several types of life events.
To cherish the happy moments a little more. To have faith and hope in the challenging moments. To remind us of the strenght and courage we have when we feel as if we have lost our way. To look at life and all the moments that make it a fantastic adventure despite what we face from time to time.
We are not experts and have no official training or certification. We do have however, the desire to share the stories and thoughts we have in hope that maybe one of these will be the inspire you with hope to light you way, or a laugh to remind you of all you have, or just maybe a knowing that you are not alone.
A different approach allows you to consider, if instead of going straight to anger when someone hurts you, you can go around to self-awareness and in doing so ask did I miss a sign this was coming. Like driving, when we know where we are going we don’t always pay close attention to the familiar and may miss the detour signs ahead. If you ever wonder why this keeps happening then maybe you are missing the signs. In being aware and alert you can’t control the construction but you can find a different route. The same hold true to our lives. Awareness of where we are and what we bring into our lives allows us to know if we are missing any signs.
Feel free to share your stories and thoughts and we hope this page becomes a friend you can turn to when you need to see life from A DIFFERENT APPROACH

I have nominated you for the One Lovely Blog Award. If you choose to accept the rules are posted here: geniespeaks.wordpress.com/2012/06/10/one-lovely-blog-award-2. If you choose not to accept; that’s okay, just know I really enjoy your blog.
Though i first found your post on facebook inspiring, I read all the way through it. Where is your Reliance on God at? Self is what got most in our jam to start with. I do not trust the flesh and seek answers in God’s word.
This is a big planet and we honor the right of each individual to find their own path. Our site is intended to be a place to read something that you might be able to relate to and gain inspiration or insight. Both the co authors have a strong faith in God although we are from different religious backgrounds. The lack of the use of the term God in no way is meant to imply we don’t believe in God rather we find the power and strength we gain from him to apparent in our writing and therefore allow everyone the freedom to determine their own name or point of reference. I hope this offer some understanding of our motive.

I love your blog. We are a new online business called Love is Real, (www.loveisreal-believe.com.) We produce and sell t-shirts, totes, bags, greeting cards, etc., all with the message Love is Real. Believe in Miracles. We share a daily inspirational quote, because for us, the message is everything, and our products are a means to share that with as many as possible. Would we be able to share any of the quotes and/or pics you have on your site with our fans on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/loveisreal1,) or on our website if we add this feature to our site? We would be happy to credit An Inspired Approach. Thank you. Roberta Jackson. Love is Real.
Out blog posts can be shared and so can our Facebook page.. Any original quotes of our would not be able to go on any items you sell however.
Cheryl
