April 1, 2014 is day one of my 30 day commitment to fitness. At any given moment we have to decide how we will spend the hours and minutes we are given each cay. I want to focus on the fitness of my body, mind and soul. I will do some form of physical exercise 5 days a week and will write about it. I will read something to inspire my soul and I will read something I didn’t know daily.
April 1st – Woke up on time did a 20 minute workout – read something that inspired and touched my heart. Learned something at work and am focused on my three main goals – Getting fit – writing my book (worked on a post) and making president club… Took action towards all 3…. Bases are loaded…
April 2nd – Worked out for 20 minutes ~ read something to inspire me ~ learned something new ~ and wrote
April 3rd and 4th ~ Day off
